Hi, I’m Vanessa—CEO, attorney, mamá, and believer in what’s possible when Latinas rise together.
I started in a single-wide trailer with a teen mom and a dream no one else could see. Today, I lead one of the largest immigration law firms in the country—and I’m on a mission to help thousands of Latinas break cycles and build empires of their own.
After years of fighting for our community in the courtroom, I realized our power goes far beyond a legal status label—it’s in our stories, our heritage, our resiliency, and our voice.
I’ve seen too many brilliant, hardworking mujeres shrink themselves in rooms they were born to lead.
I’m here to change that—and to give you what I never had: tools that actually work, mentorship that gets it, and the mindset to stop surviving and start building.
